At Nutrahunters we make your search easy. That's why we have prepared different ways to help you find what you are looking for: through the search engine or animal categories. If you are registered on and you have given us your pet information, once you have identified yourself as a customer, we will show you products designed for your pets. That way you won’t have to discard products you don’t need.

Once you've found the perfect product for your pet, click on the red button "Add to Cart". You will see the shopping cart on the screen and you can decide if you want to continue buying more products, or if you prefer to finish your purchase with what you have already selected.
If you want to get the best price on the market and would like us to send you the same products regularly, choose "Regular purchase". For more details click here.

2. Are you new or do you already have an account?

If you are new, click on "I am a new customer" and provide us with your information in order to make a purchase. If you are a regular customer, you can log in with your username and password. If you have forgotten your password and username, don't worry; we will send you a code by e-mail to re-identify you. Remember to change your password once you return to

3. Shipping your order and payment

Because of this, we have created the regular purchase option, a service to make your usual purchases cheaper and easier. The regular purchase service gives you access to the best price for the products you choose, with the convenience of not having to go out and buy them. We send you your regular purchases as often as you like and at the best price so that you can benefit from our program points automatically and obtain the most benefits possible. You will receive an e-mail before each shipment to confirm that you want to receive the order with the products that we send and the amount that we will charge to you account.

2. Choose the day and frequency of your delivery

The moment you select the YES option, a drop-down menu will appear where you can select which day you want to receive your first shipment, and how often.

3. What if I'm out the day that I get a shipment?

No problem: before each regular shipment, we will send you a message to remind you of the products ordered and the amount that to be charged, giving you the option to cancel.
You can change the contents of the shopping cart of your periodical purchase whenever you want.
We only ask that you do it 6 days before the shipment date, so we can prepare the order with the modifications you have indicated.
If you add other products, you will save on extra shipping costs coming from new orders.
So take advantage of your regular purchase to add any occasional purchases you need to make! You can receive the benefits of a regular purchase if you buy at least 3 times in 6 months.

Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping

Shipping costs are free depending on the amount, destination, weight and speed of the order. Before you make your purchase, we will give you, if necessary, the exact amount of the shipping costs.

The delivery service starts from the day you make the purchase if made before 13.00, or on the following day if the order has been made after this time. Our commitment is to send your order within a week.

We usually take between 48 and 72 hours with the exception of weekends. Although very rarely, due to the lack of availability of stock, we might not be able to fulfill our commitment.

Some products with medium to low availability can take up to 10 working days to deliver. If this occurs, we will contact you to inform you of the delivery time, suggest a change, or return your payment.
The shipping costs that apply to your order will be added to the total purchase price of the selected products. Detailed shipping costs will appear during the purchase process and your prior acceptance will be required before confirming the order and finalizing the purchase order.


Due to the fact that our products are food, their preservation must be carried out under strict conditions. Failure to do so correctly can alter their nutritional values or simply make them unusable. Therefore, cannot offer you the right to return the product once it has already been delivered, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the product once it has left our premises. This is because the guarantee of correct treatment of our food by third parties is impossible. For example, if the product has been subjected to excessively high temperatures or has simply been in contact with other substances that may be detrimental to its correct state of preservation, we cannot accept the return of products. Nevertheless, there is a one-week guarantee for products that may have some type of defect. However, this is not the case for products that are misused. In case you have purchased a defective product, we will proceed, as appropriate, to ensure its replacement, at a reduction of the purchase price, or a complete refund. All these measures will be at the customer's disposal and, of course, will be free of charge, leaving in charge of covering the shipping costs for the product. A claim must be made within 3 days once the product is received at the contracted shipping address.
